Agile Coaching Services consists from providing services based on a Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe). With our certified SAFe® 4/5/6 Program, Practice Consultants (SPC) we act as professional change agents who leads all levels of an organization through a Lean-Agile transformation at scale by training, coaching, facilitating, and mentoring leaders, change agents, consultants, and team members to drive a Lean-Agile transformation at enterprise scale. In client environment, we act as servant leaders that plays a critical role by applying expert knowledge of SAFe.
Features:
Communicate the business need, urgency, and vision for change;
Design and Creating a SAFe implementation plan for the rollout, communicate upcoming changes, and establish metrics;
Develop an enterprise transformation plan;
Launch and facilitate an Agile Release Train (ART), Extend the Lean-Agile portfolio by launching additional ARTs and launching more ARTs and value streams;
Assist an organization with change management practices and establishing the Lean-Agile Center of Excellence with building and executing the transformation backlog;
Train and coach an enterprise through a SAFe transformation, Lean - Agile Trainings, Train or outsource training of executives, leaders, development teams, and specialty roles—such as Product Owner, Product Manager, Scrum Master, and Release Train Engineer (RTE);
Building and Sustaining Lean-Agile Cultures. Fostering a Lean-Agile approach to human resources, supporting enhanced skill development with continuing education, and establishing Communities of Practice (CoPs);
Participate and drive on Value Stream Identifications. Identifying Value Streams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs) – Working with stakeholders to understand the flow of value, SPCs identify value streams and ARTs to find those that are the most opportunistic for launch;
Act as change agents who combine their technical knowledge of SAFe with an intrinsic motivation to improve their company’s software and systems development processes;
Extending to the portfolio – Once Lean-Agile practices gain momentum, we can socialize and drive portfolio practices to other areas of the company, including Lean budgets, Lean Portfolio Management, leaner approaches to CapEx and OpEx, and Agile contracts.

M_o_R: Management of Risk - Certified Risk Manager can incorporate comprehensive risk management principles into processes to suit both small and large projects or processes
