Coaching / Mentoring Services cultivating best practice in project management, program management, portfolio management, governance, business analysis and organizational change management. With Coaching / Mentoring Services we provide customized coaching & support based on the unique needs of each client. Together with client we assess where you are now and then we work with client to create action plans that will help client to stay focused and moving forward toward agreed goals. Through our agreement, we are responsible for process of coaching and you as client, you are responsible for results.
The purpose of the coaching program, a description of the coaching issues, key challenges and how the program will meet these coaching needs
Clarify the client’s coaching goals
Explore, in detail, the issues facing the client in relation to these goals
Introduction the client ways, insights, information, frameworks, or case studies that can encourage the client to see their situation and behavior in new light
Together define new behaviors, actions and thought processes that the client could usefully adopt;
Client can choose to commit to doing things differently and better, and report back to the coach on their progress;
Client can feedback to their coach any unresolved issues arising out of their new approaches and receive further input if necessary.

Service & Consulting Standard Terms:

- 9:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday
Standard coaching hour:
- 60 minutes
- We provide the service at the most effective price possible depending on the individual project requirements
Consultant’s Working Day:
- 8 hours exclusive of travel and lunch
- Monday to Friday excluding national holidays
- 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday
Travel and Subsistence:
- Included in day rate within Prague. Payable at department’s standard T&C rates outside of normal location

Prince2: (short for PRojects IN Controlled Environments 2nd Version) is a project management methodology originally from England. Its structure is given by four basic elements: principles, topics, processes and adaptation of the methodology to the project environment
CSM: Certified Scrum Master is the best known certification from the Agile and Scrum world.
MoP: Management of Portfolio - A certified Portfolio Manager can implement changes at the portfolio level and at the same time maximize benefits, including the allocation of priorities for given portfolio projects.
MSP: Managing Successful Programs - Certified Program Manager helps organizations manage, adapt, and control change so that end results are in line with predetermined goals within the organization's business strategy.
M_o_R: Management of Risk - Certified Risk Manager can incorporate comprehensive risk management principles into processes to suit both small and large projects or processes
